NetJets develops three private terminals and expands ramp at DJT
The business aviation operator is investing in dedicated passenger facilities and maintenance infrastructure across Texas, Virginia, Colorado, and Florida.
NetJets has unveiled infrastructure investments across four major operational hubs in the United States to absorb growing flight activity.
In Texas, the operator plans a 114,000-square-foot complex at Dallas Love Field (DAL) scheduled for late 2028. Developed alongside Signature Aviation, the project includes a private terminal and a second Service Hub maintenance hangar complementing its existing facility opened in 2021.
At Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), construction begins in early 2027 to convert two floors of an existing Signature Aviation building into more than 14,000 square feet of exclusive space, including lounges and private suites.
In Colorado, NetJets aims to open a 6,000-square-foot terminal and an aircraft hangar at Rifle Garfield County Airport (RIL) by early 2027 in partnership with Vantage Aviation. The site will act as an operational gateway during the closure and runway extension scheduled at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE).
Finally, at Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT) in West Palm Beach, its fourth-busiest base, NetJets is transitioning to an exclusive 15,000-square-foot terminal, expanding from 10,000 square feet. The upgrade provides expanded ground accommodations and dedicated ramp parking for its fleet.
Why it matters for your training
