Turkish Airlines has updated its preliminary intercontinental flight schedules from Istanbul for the summer 2027 season, applying notable frequency increases and equipment swaps across its widebody fleet.

North American services see significant expansion. Frequencies to Dallas/Ft. Worth will rise to 9 and subsequently 10 weekly flights using Boeing 777-300ER and 787-9 aircraft. Flights to Atlanta increase to 12 weekly, Boston reaches 9 weekly flights with the Airbus A350-900, and Houston expands to 11 weekly. In Canada, Vancouver and Montreal both climb to 6 weekly frequencies operated by a mix of 787-9 and 777-300ER or A350-900 aircraft, while Toronto Pearson becomes daily.

The carrier is also realigning aircraft types across several continents. The A350-900 will replace the 787-9 on routes to Caracas, Havana, Detroit, and Los Angeles. Conversely, the A330-300 takes over flights originally filed for the A350-900 to Bangkok and Phuket. Equipment swaps between the 787-9 and A350-900 will also affect San Francisco and Singapore.

In Asia, Hong Kong service expands to 14 weekly flights, Tokyo Narita increases to 12 weekly on 787-9s, and Almaty adds a third daily flight using the A321neo.
