NetJets is developing and expanding its private terminal footprint across four airports in the United States, targeting Dallas Love Field, Washington Dulles, Rifle in Colorado, and West Palm Beach.

At Dallas Love Field, the operator plans to complete a 10,600-square-metre complex by late 2028. The facility will incorporate a dedicated passenger terminal along with a second maintenance hangar, addressing flight activity that has increased by over 25 percent at the airfield since 2022.

In Colorado, NetJets aims to open a 560-square-metre terminal and hangar facility in Rifle by early 2027. This location is designated to function as an operational alternative during upcoming runway rehabilitation work at Aspen airport. Concurrently, around 1,300 square metres inside an existing facility at Washington Dulles are scheduled for conversion by early 2027.

At West Palm Beach, NetJets will replace its existing terminal with an expanded infrastructure, growing from approximately 930 to 1,390 square metres. The business aviation operator maintains more than 50 facilities across the globe, comprising administrative offices, private jet passenger terminals, and dedicated service centres.

Why it matters for your training

Infrastructure investments and dedicated maintenance hubs directly influence corporate aviation operations, crew support, and diversion strategies, notably during runway closures like Aspen's.
